I always knew that one day I'd have a private practice and wanted to create MY perfect balance between work, parenting, marriage, and self-care. Before kids, my private practice felt more like a hobby. But when my twins were born, it became clear that I needed to prioritize my well-being to achieve any semblance of balance. Motherhood was already challenging enough. So I designed my practice to fit into my life, not the other way around.
